H2S Professionals
Rutledge provides H2S Safety Specialists
and Technicians for installation, calibration and maintenance
of the supplied equipment. Our people can develop and
implement H2S contingency plans, instruct personnel
on what to do in an H2S emergency, train personnel in
utilization of the H2S safety / detection equipment
and assist rig or facility personnel in any capacity
relative to control and recovery in the event of toxic
gas emissions that reach dangerous levels.
Rutledge H2S Safety Specialists
are qualified professionals with many years experience
in First Aid training, CPR, respiratory equipment usage
/ maintenance, hazardous materials handling, toxic gas
sampling, under mask exposure to hazardous materials
and H2S practical experience in many parts of the world
including remote locations and extreme climatic conditions.
We have both expatriates as well as indigenous staff
who are conversant in English, and regional languages.
HSE Professionals
We have a team of qualified HSE
professionals who are ready to assist companies and
contractors in the various forms of risk assessment
techniques. Our team uses the E & P forum guidelines
for the development and application of HSE Managed Systems.
Rutledge HSE personnel have attended
many HSE oriented training modules. Our HSE team members
mainly come from a background of offshore and land rig
operations and some from petrochemical plant construction
industry so clients can be assured that practical experience
will supplement the required theory to compile a comprehensive
Safety Management System inclusive of procedures that
will meet the requirements of international standards.
Some have 1st & 2nd party Auditors who can audit
to the ISM code and HSE MS E&P Forum audit kit.
They can be called upon to provide consultancy in regard
to those standards and set up an internal auditing system.
Training Modules such as Confined Space Entry and Permit
to Work can be formulated and presented according to
specific Client requests. We have electronic safety
documents that we can install in your site computer
to help those who must act as Safety Officer in addition
to their specific discipline such as Medics. Our HSE
team possesses the required safety certification to
travel to offshore MODUs and installations.
Trainers
Our staff are active professionals
in their particular field and they hold the required
certification e.g. HUET to travel to offshore facilities
in order to present course modules on-site.
Rutledge offers Clients a wide
variety of training courses relative to the Oil &
Gas exploration and production industries. Rather than
rely on pre-packaged courses that are commonly presented,
our courses are prepared by staff having experience
in that particular field. This allows our presenters
the ability to handle questions and provide practical
demonstrations in the event class delegates wish to
have the concepts better explained.
Paramedics, EMT Technicians
& First Responders
We provide experienced personnel
capable of a wide range of skills and procedures.
They can attend to medical conditions,
trauma, rescue and co-ordinate medical evacuations.
Additionally, they will complete work place health safety
documents, hazard reports, risk assessments and work
place inspections. These personnel are equipped with
their responder kits and have backgrounds attending
to large numbers of personnel.
